Why We Use AI
We use AI to help you see yourself clearly. Not to replace the seeing.
Traitly exists because who you are matters more than what's on your CV right now. Skills date. Experience gets automated. But your personality, how you think, feel, and behave, is the one thing that stays constant, and the one thing worth building a career around.
Traitly's report rests on three sources. Your personality profile comes from the Big Five, the most researched personality framework in psychological science, measured through a well-established, validated instrument, not a buzzfeed quiz dressed up as science. Your career and skills context comes from internationally recognised, regularly updated labour-market databases, including O*NET and ESCO. And to keep the picture current on how AI is actually changing your specific role, we draw on current, publicly available information researched at the time your report is generated, industry and workforce research on AI adoption, professional and trade publications specific to your field, and public reporting on relevant regulatory developments and new AI tools, rather than relying on a single static source that would go stale.
AI's job is to bring these three together: integrating your validated Big Five profile with current labour-market, skills, and field-specific data into one report that's actually about you, not a template.
From there, we don't tell you what to do. We show you where your Big Five profile points, career domains, archetypes, and directions where people like you tend to thrive, as inspiration for your own next step, not a verdict.
What we don't do: we don't let AI flatten your report into generic advice, and we never sell your data. Your answers are used to build your report and to improve Traitly, nothing else.
Here's the belief underneath it. AI should free people to lean further into what makes them distinctly human, not threaten to replace it. That's the bet Traitly is built on, self-knowledge first, AI second, always.
