If you completed the assessment and did not receive your report, or if something went wrong technically on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. If you changed your mind after reading your report, we are not required by law to issue a refund, but email us at support@traitly.net and we'll always try to make it right. The free archetype card is designed to share, so post it anywhere you like. Your full paid report is for your own personal use, so we ask that you don't publish or resell it, but there's nothing stopping you from sharing what you learned in your own words.
