2. What data we collect
Data you provide directly: email address, payment information (processed by Stripe; we never store card details), assessment answers, and name if provided at checkout.
Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie identifiers.

We use essential cookies (necessary for the site to function) and, with your consent, analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. 5. How long we keep your data
Assessment answers: 12 months · Purchase records: 7 years (Dutch accounting law) · Email address: until you withdraw consent · Analytics data: 26 months (anonymised).
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the providers we need to run Traitly: Stripe (payment processing), our website and application hosting providers, Google LLC (analytics), CookieYes (cookie consent management), Resend (email delivery), and the scoring and AI services that help generate your report. All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to your data. To exercise any right, email hello@traitly.net. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and rely on Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) for all payment data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes via our website. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
