2. The service
Traitly offers an online personality assessment based on the Big Five model, together with a personalised digital report containing career matching insights and AI-resilience analysis. The service consists of a web-based questionnaire (approximately 4 minutes) and a personalised digital report delivered by email and/or displayed on-screen.
The assessment and report are for personal career guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, financial or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age, capable of entering a binding agreement, and provide accurate information at checkout.
4. Orders and payment
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store your card details. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL.
5. Delivery
Your personalised report is a digital product delivered within several minutes of completing the assessment. If you do not receive your report within 1 hour, contact support@traitly.net.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing and requesting immediate delivery, you explicitly consent to delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your report has been generated and delivered (Article 6:230p BW). If you have not yet started the assessment, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
By using traitly.net you acknowledge our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential cookies are placed automatically. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only with your consent via our cookie banner.
8. Intellectual property
All content on traitly.net is the intellectual property of Traitly or its licensors. Your report is licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell it commercially.
9. Limitation of liability
Traitly's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Complaints
Email support@traitly.net with your complaint and order number. We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 14 days. Unresolved complaints may be referred to ACM ConsuWijzer (consuwijzer.nl).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website. The effective date always reflects the current version.
